Trader Joes is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at, especially when it comes to finding snacks! They have a big variety of healthy options and its usually pretty reasonably priced. I’ll admit that I’m almost always hungry, and Trader Joes makes it easy to grab for a healthy option when it comes to snacking! Here’s a list of 5 of my go to snacks that I make sure to always grab to keep me fueled throughout my week. They also happen to be vegan!
#1- “Just Mango Slices”
I have to start out with my favorite snack. These mango slices only have one ingredient, MANGOS. They are the perfect dried fruit texture, not too dry and not to soft. They have a great flavor and somehow they keep these stocked all year long!
#2- “Dry Roasted and Unsalted Almonds” & “Tai Lime & Chili Cashews”
These are two separate snacks sold at Trader Joes but I like to buy both and mix them together! The Chili from the Tai Chili Cashews rubs off on to the Almonds and gives a couple different textures to the same flavor! Trust me on this one!
#3- “Pretzel Slims” or Cucumber & “Eggplant Hummus”
I LOVE this snack. If you have a fridge or somewhere cool to keep this, I highly recommend it. This hummus has very minimal ingredients and is super delicious. Having Pretzel Slims and Cucumber with this gives you a few options for dipping so you don't get bored!
#4- “Apple + Mango Fruit Bar”
These bars are so easy to throw in your bag and take on the go. They are comparable to the “Thats It” Bars but cheaper! You know these are clean because the only ingredients are Apples and Mangos. They have other flavors, but this one is my favorite!
#5- “Cultured Coconut Milk Vanilla Yogurt” & “Fruit & Seed Granoa”
This is a great dairy free snack, that sometimes feels like a dessert! The yogurt has a yummy vanilla flavor, and the crunchy granola on top is the perfect contrast! I usually eat this in the morning!
